We were looking for a company with a shared vision, customer focus and the same mentality as our employees. VDP Group also supports us in the areas of ICT, HR, Marketing, Finance, BI and Quality &amp; Sustainability. Joint sourcing, in particular, is an important spearhead in which we expect to join forces. Floriculture products are becoming increasingly scarce and VDP Group works together with a large network of domestic and foreign growers, so that we can continue to guarantee a complete supply year-round.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wim van der Plas (CEO Van der Plas Group) recognises the drive of GEDI: &#8220;This take over provides a reinforcement of our Retail Division, where GEDI&#8217;s service-oriented approach and know-how in the field of Retail activities is an absolute asset to our group. After the takeover the present management of GEDI will be continued.
